Did my payment go through?


For the past two months I haven't been able to pay my bill with the credit card I have usually been paying with. I tried paying last night but Koodo still said I owed it so I tried again today. Of couse, on the over view it said that I still had to may my bill for two months. So, I was going to try again, so I clicked on 'Make credit card payment' and it says there that I don't owe anything? I refreshed the overview and it says I owe but when I try to make a payment it says I don't? Did the payment go through or not?

Hi there KIM... You are right... Happened to my wife too... When you go to Bill it says that still you have an amount owing, and the when you go to Payment the amount due is 0$, so you don't owe anything... It took a while until the system updated this info... If you still have any doubts, you may call Customer Service, but I would say everything is fine as long as you see on the payment amount due is 0$.

Hey Kim, I see where the confusion is. The portion highlighted is saying that the amount owed will be zero if the payment of $51.30 is paid by April 22. Since a payment has been made for March, I recommend giving us a call (*611 Option 5) and request to speak to the Payment Management Department to set up payment arrangements. You can also talk to them about any issues you are having with processing a Credit Card payment 🙂.

Would it cost money to call? Also, apparently i didnt pay for march yet,as the website says, though i have yet to recieve my bill indicating if it went through on my credit cards company or not. I thought i had but it just didnt go through.
