delete account


We would like to delete our account with Koodo. Is this the same as suspending service? How do we go about deleting our account.

Do you mean you wish to cancel your Koodo plan, Joanne? You will need to call Koodo (*611) and cancel. You will receive one final bill for the last month of service, plus any remaining Tab if you have that 🙂

As Sophia said, if you wish to cancel, you will have to call Customer Service; suspending the account does not stop the billing, your monthly charges will continue as normal, unless you decided to take the Seasonal Hold because you are leaving on a trip, but you should contact Customer Service for more details about the Seasonal Hold...

Also keep in mind if you have accumulated any "Positive Tab" it will be lost & not paid back to you when you cancel your account.

Why do you want to cancel? Is there something the community can help you with?
Thanks for the info. My kid lost her phone and we were considering cancelling. We'll activate a different phone instead. Thanks
