Can 1 cell phone number be disconnected from an account through self serve? Can THAT number be reactivated under a different account?

Through Self Serve, no. If you and your daughter can go to the same Koodo Kiosk at the same time you can transfer ownership of her line to her name, she'll get her own account number but everything else will remain the same. And the process will be free. It can be done over the phone too, but there's a $25 service fee to the new account.

Is this still the case? I notice this post is four years old.
I'd like to transfer my daughter from my account to her own new one.

It's still accurate. The only change is that the price has dropped from $25 to $10.
