I bought an S4 on oct 20 and when the girl was setting it up in the store the phone started to download updates over the mobile data network (LTE). My plan only has 200mb of data, but i rarely use over 100mb in my monthly usage. The updating of the software costed me about 130mb of download before I noticed and quickly disabled the mobile data. Now I'm close to my limit for the month and have three weeks left in my billing cycle before it resets. Is there any way Koodo can reset my data limit to account for the massive data download on the day I bought my device (Oct 20)?
