Data Usage does not match on Self serve site


My online Data usage for the month doesn't match the data usage on my phone? I have a 300MB and on the koodo site it says i've used 197MB. My physical phone gave me a warning saying I have almost exceeded my usage and have used 298MB of 300MB and won't let me use anymore date. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

It could be that Koodo self service lags behind, so I wouldn't ignore your phone for now. If you are SURE your phone is wrong, you could bypass your self imposed data limit by setting a higher limit on your phone... however proceed with caution - you don't want nasty bill surprises!
