data supposed to be blocked!


MY data is supposed to be completely blocked yet my last bill was $110 instead of $50. Ive emailed and responded to the text re: the bill amount with no response. ??

And? Was the data for extra charge or something else? You can see if your data is indeed blocked from the network in koodo's self serve website.

Is this your first bill? Check on page three which will tell you what all of your charges are for.

Ahh.....you are right.....if she is a new customer koodo gives them free data and selfserve would show zero usage. I forgot. 🙂

It's usually a good idea to read your entire bill first before making assumptions...
