data overage fee

i have shock free data plan. yet when i checked my account yesterday, i have $450.00 in excess data fees.

this is not the first time this has happened. 

no warning texts, no authorization to go over, no pausing.

last year when i was actually able to talk to someone from koodo, about $200 in extra data charges on one bill, they reviewed my account, and admitted to overcharging me over $500!

After confirming you still have the setting set in self-serve I'd send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it sorted out. Billing disputes require speaking directly with a rep
