data overage charges with shock free data?

i have shock free data plan. why every month am i going over? who is giving authorization to go over?

Make sure it's enabled in your self serve settings that you do indeed have a shock free plan.

@DC73 I assume you are referencing the line ending with 87. That line has an older plan that is not shock free data. Also, the amount of data use monthly is quite significant so changing to a plan with a larger data bucket is something to consider. Back to school promos are on so it's a good time to do so.
When i check on Self Serve, the plan states "500 MB of Shock-Free Data".
Also, there is no line associated with this account ending in 87
