I joined Koodo on March 17, and my billing cycle date is the 25th. The first bill covers the time between when I activated the phone and my billing cycle start, along with the first month, which means up to April 25th, right? Well it told us to pay that amount by the 21st and we did, and now it says that there are 3 days until our next bill (which would be the 25th, since today is the 22nd). However today, by mistake, I went a lot over my data limit of 500MB and was charged $50 extra, which also meant that my data was then blocked with the option of paying and continuing and using (I didn't take this option). Altogether my question is, is this data block gone once I pay the charge off with my next bill? And is this next bill on the 25th of this month, including this charge, so that I can use my data again after then, or...?
