Data Counter not working


Hello, Is the data counter not working? Both the online self serve and mobile app have not been updated since August 7. Would like to know my actual usage. Anyone else notice this?

that seems appropriate as today is the 7th. The data tracking is not done in really time and gets updated periodically.

Well, the usage counter can't be updated in real time, and August 7th is today so you might have caught it between updates. When was the last time you checked?
My typing skills are not up to par today. My counter was last updated on August 5. Sorry for the confusion.

Checking my Self serve it's been updated yesterday, but I'm not a heavy data user. Have you changed your plan recently? that can mix up the usage metre for the rest of your billing cycle.

As a side note you can always use the built in tracker or a 3rd party app to track data usage in real time. As Koodo will always be slightly out of date.

Mine just updated as well, shows Updated: August 7, 5:44 AM ADT, though that was like 8 hours ago
Mine still shows August 5 on both online self serve and the mobile app. No changes in plans. Weird.
