data billing

i am a new customer to koodo. when i got the phone i requested no data to be put on the phone. i got my bill and i have a $7. charge for data that i'm not supposed to have. also my bill is supposed to be sent to my email address which it wasn't and now i have to pay a late fee. do they have online customer service?

hi Estelle,
Koodo provides pdf bill through their selfserve. They might send you email notification and text about the bill if you setup in your selfserve (but not the whole bill). I assumed you had access to your selfserve ?

As a postpaid (monthly) customer, you have access to payperuse data. If you don't want to use it, you can turn off your data from your cellphone or add an add-on to block it from Koodo end($2).
