Data and SMS CHARGE

I understand that previous free Data Block add-on was increased to $3, and I have seen this charge added to my bill for the past 2 months. This month however that add-on was replaced with a $5 Data and SMS charge. Whats going on?

When you download your detailed pdf ebill on self serve, what does it say on the pdf?

Can you post a screen shot with any personal info blacked out?
