Customer Serivce Reps show that they care.


Had some issues with my billing had to call up customer service in order to get everything straightened out. I only wish I could remember the name of the woman I spoke to, she was professional and polite and had everything sorted out in minutes. I'm very glad that I'm with Koodo as I've never had issues with customer care.
