WHY IS YOUR CURRENT VOICE AND WEB USAGE FEATURE NEVER WORKING? i FIND THIS REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Did you change your rate plan this billing cycle? If so, you won't be able to see your usage until your next billing cycle
If you have multiple phones on one account, you will have to select the phone number you want to check usage on when viewing usage on the website.
