Hi! I have just signed up for your service on your website and i'm supposed to get my phone Monday. The transaction went through normally but if a customer is selected for a spending limit program, how im i usually notified, when I did the online transaction or when I actually activate the service on the phone to CS? Just curious.

When you are nearing your $200 account balance, you will be sent text notifications at $60 remaining, $30 remaining, then when you hit the cap. If you do receive the 100% warning, and a required minimum payment is not secured, the account will suspend itself, resulting ina $35 reconnection fee.
