Credit to my account ?

Hi. There was supposed to be a credit issued to my account for overage charges per my conv with Koodo in July 2020. It has not shown up on my account yet and I have received a new invoice  showing I am late paying July’s invoice. With late fees. How do I get this looked into?  Thank you.

Billing disputes require speaking with a Rep so I'd send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it sorted out
