Credit card Switch

I have set up pre authorized payments with a bank account but need to switch it to a credit card. Every time I go to self serve to switch it, it just keeps going to the same page and will not let me enter a credit card number. I need to speak to a REAL koodo person to get this fixed. Is there a number to call for support without talking to a robot?

@Shayk It appears you have indeed successfully switched to pre-authorized  credit card  as your method of payment.  Everything looks fine. Don’t hesitate reach out though if you have additional questions.
