Credit Card not accepted


I have been trying to pay my biil for 4 days now. I keep getting The transaction didn't go through. Please re-enter your information or try a different payment method. I tried paying using 611 and it says credit card not accepted. I have paid my bill using this same credit card and info last month with no issues??

Have you tried in self-serve ? Did you recently change your address in self-serve or with your credit card company?
Tried first in self serve no address have been changed anywhere and it worked in self serve last month

If you tried and it still doesn't work, try with a different credit card if you have one. If not, The contact Koodo with the problem!
