How do we match credit card to info on file?
Usually the name and address of the credit card has to match the name and address of the account to be able to be used for online payment. Since you're listed to give authorization on the account, it might be acceptable but I'm not sure. If you're getting an error when trying to add the card online you'll have to contact Koodo to see if they can add the card.
