Credit Balance


I am having a bit of a problem, indeed. I have a credit balance on my account and really no clue how it got there, I assumed overpayment but have no records of making an overpayment. I was wondering if anyone may have some ideas as to what is going on here?

Couldn't tell ya. Are you sure it's a credit on your account or your Tab balance?
It's on my account it says -250 And that I owe 0 dollars.

If you hover your mouse over "My Account" in the upper right corner of the window, it should expand. Does it say "Your tab balance is: -250"? If so, it means you owe 250$ on your Tab. When you joined Koodo you likely took a phone on Tab, which is what that is. Not to worry though, it's paid off automatically for you as you pay your monthly bills. Each month Koodo takes a portion of your bill & applies it for to towards your Tab.
