Contacting Billing after end of service

Well, I am back in another country, and they have not contacted me during my stay in Canada, and not after the service was closed/ended, - not during the 5 week I was in BC and not yet, now almost 2 month after...

Have you gotten access to selfserve before?

if you cancelled service before getting access to selfserve, you need to contact Koodo directly and ask for the bill and/or final amount. you could send message to their facebook https://www.facebook.com/Koodo or call their toll free number 1 (866) 995-6636 if you are oversea.

How did you cancel your account?
Did you actually contact Koodo? If you mentioned your cancellation to a rep, I'm sure they will tell you the amount you owe. Then you could pay those amount before you leave country.

Did you register for self serve on your own or via the confirmation email link they sent to you?
