Connection fee refund

Hi,

Can I know when will be the connection fee refunded as I was told that it will take 3 billing cycles to credit back.

Have you received the 3rd bill? Was it there? it should show on the 3rd bill if you were eligible.

Hey Phani! The connection fee is automatically applied when activating/upgrading in store, and thus, cannot be removed. Upon checking, your account was created on May 23rd, and during that time, there was no promotion regarding the connection fee. The $10 off for 12 months and the referral credits were successfully applied though. Please feel free to let us know if you need help with anything else 🙂
