Confused by most recent bill: $7 charge for extra data usage, but I was within my plan's 1 GB allotment?

Hi there,

I was just reviewing my most recent Koodo bill, and I am confused as to why I was charged $7 for extra data usage. I was within my plan's 1 GB allotment (it says I used 964.760 MB).

I did upgrade my phone this bill cycle, and switched to a plan with more data. Nevertheless, I did not exceed my original plan's data usage this billing cycle.

Some help or clarification would be appreciated. Thanks!

What is the 7 dollar charge called in page 3 of your bill?

Also, I see this when I go to Data History (Overages):

In that case I would send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it sorted out as billing disputes must be fixed by a Koodo rep.

Okay! Thanks for your help. I'd rather contact them via FB or Twitter. Last time I called in I was on hold for over an hour hah.
