Closed account - Bill debit


I closed my Koodo account in December as I was moving country. However I still get a monthly account update to show me I have a debit of approx $9 owed back to me. But I no longer have a Canadian bank account for it to go to. I don't mind if Koodo keep my $9! But how do I stop getting a monthly account update?

I don't know how to send them a message, the Contact section just directs me to the Community page. I can't get through to their Customer Service number when calling from Europe (nor do I want to pay that call fee!). Thanks anyway though, it's just $9 so not a big deal.
