Charges on my Bill

I ordered my SIM card to switch from Bell to Koodo - I did not receive the card until a week or so later but there is another phone # with charges on my bill.  The charges and phone number are not mine.

You're saying that you have a second line on your phone that you shouldn't have?

Did you port your number after you set up your account? It could be a temporary number before your porting.   Check the duration of this temporary number and your number on the PDF E-bill
