charged more than my plan


i m charged more according to my plan even i have not gone above the mentioned usage

I am sorry to hear about that, what i would suggest you do is go on to your online self serve account and check out your bill it should show you why you rae being charged extra. you can also go into any Koodo shop and ask why they will be able to explain why its higher then what it should be. hope this helps have a great day

What do you mean charged more? How? Yo have to gives some more detail in order for us to help you? Did you change plans recently? If yes, it's proration which is totally normal.
