charged for data?


I was charged $5 for data usage on my last bill, but I never used data on my phone. I don't think my phone even has the option to use data (it's an LG flip phone).

Hi Karoline, Sure sounds like a mistake on Koodo's side... just call them (*611) and they'll probably be able to see what went wrong, as well as credit you back your $5 🙂

if you accidentally open the web browser on your flip phone then it will use data

Oh! I didn't even know flip phones had a browser... yes that might do it... but I think Koodo might still be lenient enough to give a one time credit. Let's hope so 😃
