changed plan

Hi, so I changed my plan the last day of my cycle thinking it would reset when my cycle did. Instead the next day when it did reset I got charged for the new plan even though I had only chose it the day before, is this how it normally works ?

You are post paid right?


And yes Koodo bills 1 months ahead, so if you change your plan at the end of your billing cycle the next cycle is the new plan. and not the old plan.  I would wait until your bill comes our and you can view the details in your pdf ebill which will include the date ranges of the charges for your plan
