Change billing address problem

Hi, I want to change my billing address via Koodo self serve. When I click at changing the billing address it says: Sorry, you are not authorized to access this information. What should I do?

Are you the account holder? CHanges like this must be made by the account holder. If still experiencing issues, contact customer care with *611 from the device.
Yes I am but my step doughter use the phone so we should both be abeil to see the illing

If you both have owner access, then she will be able to change your "plan" and equipment on whatever credit card you now have registered. Are you sure that's what you want?
