Change billing address

I'm trying to change my address here:

After filling the new address and hit submit, the unit # is changing (e.g. from 9 to 10).
I don't want to call customer service and be charged twice $10 (for me and my wife).

If there's indeed a bug in the system, then Koodo won't charge you 10$ for making the change. But you'll stil need to wait in order to speak to someone. 

Before calling, have you tried using another browser?

Stupid question on my part, but if you enter 8, will it change to 9?
