Cant reach customer service

I am charged an activation fee - at the time of purchase the sales person promised no activation fee - I am trying to call the customer service, but they force me to the text app. I chat w/ the bot and go through the process, but upon entering my phone number it says “hmmm that doest look like a valid number” I Tried putting the area code and the same thing occurred.

Was it a sales person in a koodo store that waived the activation fee? If yes, contact him/her directly.

When you entered the phone number for the callback, did you use the required phone number format preceded by a ‘1-’?
