I cannot see any "View E-Bill" option when logged into koodo online. I received a text from Koodo (4005000205) telling me to go to koodomobilecom/selfserve to view this option. I am only taken to email and password changes. Also, I cannot log into the Koodo app on my Samsung Ace II.

That means your profile is setup as a manager, not an owner. You'll need to call customer service to get it fixed.
