Cannot sign up for self serve or activate sim online or over the phone???

I got my sim in the mail. Go to self serve and try to sign up. I used the wrong email address I guess and now it says I am waiting for authorization. Even though I don't have an account number, or so the sign up form says, it somehow created an account anyways? When I login sometimes I get a server error, so that's nice too. Now I have 2 self serve accounts that are "waiting approval". I called the customer care number and the guy said they can't activate anything even though everyone says to call Koodo. Dafuq? I never got an email before, with a link to sign up for self serve, either. How can this be so complicated? Don't tell me to message on Facebook, I don't have it. Any other help would be appreciated. Thank you.
