Cannot Setup Pre-Authorized Credit Card

I am unable to setup a pre-authorized credit card on my account for some reason. Is Koodo currently having issues on their servers? It keeps telling me the following: Transaction Incomplete There has been an error with our system and we are not able to complete this transaction at this time.

Strange. Is this after you entered your credit card info? I didn't go further but it worked for me up to that point.

Entered the CC info, clicked submit and then received the error message.

Does your home address and your credit card’s billing address match? If it's a foreign credit card, it need to be registered on their system first. If you have difficulty to register your cc tomorrow, you can call customer service *611 from your Koodo phone. They will help you out 🙂

Mayumi, yes the CC billing address and my home address match. I noticed yesterday when I signed up with Koodo, the rep entered my CC info and the system locked up and he had to contact customer service and we waited for almost 40mins. After talking to customer service and answering the questions that they asked me for security purposes they were able to setup my account but I had assumed the CC was added as well but it doesn't seem to be and won't accept. I guess I'll have to give them a call thanks.

I contacted customer support today and provided them my credit card information and they couldn't update the information either. The guy told me he had about 5 calls today with the same problem. He spoke to his supervisor and was informed it's a technical issue with the site and they will have it resolved in 24hrs at which time he will call me back. So doesn't look like it was just me who had problems as it's a site issue. Thanks again for your help.
