Cannot pay bill, says I have an error upon last phase of paying.


I've tried paying all day and I cannot, just says  "error, refresh page"  upon trying to check out. 😞

Have you tried another browser? Another paying method?
Yes, and other than calling I only have 1 method of paying.

Sarah, try #123 from your phone and press 3 for pay. Let us know if that worked.
