I cancelled and suspended my service with Koodo today (regrettably) and am on a pre-athorized monthly billing cycle using my credit card. When I looked in my bank account, I saw that Koodo has not yet charged my credit card. I've been reading other posts and understand that this bill may be prorated and adjusted according to the days left of the cycle (mine goes from the 29th of the previous month to the 28th of the actual month).
I was wondering if I'd get a revised bill and get charged according to the adjustment...If so, when should I expect the adjusted bill?
Is Koodo still going to charge my credit card although my service was cancelled?
They usually charge my card between the 14th - 16th of every month, but it is now the 19th and I have yet to receive anything. I tried to remove my pre-authorized payments so that I could pay the bill right away but it seems that, because I have suspended my account, I am no longer able to cancel the pre-authorized card (it brings me to the pre-authorized payments tab in the billing page and tells me that there is a system error, and that I should contact Client Care/Channel Care, which is out of the question right now.)
Please help, as I would ideally want to avoid any late charges. Thank you in advance!
