Hi. I started a prepaid account with Koodo and cancelled my old monthly account but Koodo is still charging me for my old monthly plan. It's not even the same phone number as the account I am currently using (my prepaid account). Now I'm getting mail saying my account payment is overdue for a phone number that was cancelled months ago ($190.00), and that this will affect my credit rating.

Hey Kate, instead of ignoring this any longer you should contact 18669956636 from any phone or from your prepaid Koodo phone you can dial *611 and see what's going on with your old account. You don't want this going to collections
