I cancelled my account and paid online the existing balance twice by mistake through online banking. As a dissatisfied customer I do not want any credit just the return of overpayment. Please advise how I am able to get the funds reimbursed

Any negative balance will get automatically sent to the method of payment you used after 6-8 weeks. If you don't get anything by then, I'd send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it sorted out.

Or maybe try and call the bank so they reverse the charge?
