Cancellation


Cancelled and ended service half way through bill cycle. Did not have access to service as I ported out my number. Not sure why I'm being charged for time I was unable to use.

You would have had to pay till the end of your billing cycle regardless of if u used it or not
my cycle runs on the 24th of the month and I would like to cancel my home phone on Sept. 24th how do I do that

You must call 611 in order to cancel. You can specify the date that you want for the date of cancellation.
