Hi, My name is Michael Hudson. I want to cancel my monthly cellular service. I am moving out of Canada and will not longer be needing koodo servicing. How do i go about this?

Hi Michael You will need to call in to cancel your services, unless you know of somebody who could take over the phone then you can transfer the services to them. 1.866.995.6636 and #4 for client care
And the cancellation would be effective as the end of your billing cycle. In case you have a tab balance remaining, it would be billed to your last bill.
