Cancel in the middleof the month


I am going back to my home country. Can I cancel koodo service in the middel of month? And will koodo charge me for 15 days or for entire month?

You can request to have your account canceled right away. Explain that you are leaving in the next few days and they will get it processed immediately. Keep in mind, your final bill won't be ready for viewing until 5 days after your actual billing cycle date ends. Your Self Serve account stays active for 90 days(as in, you can log in to review your account, but the actual Koood account would be canceled). *611 Option 5 and request to speak to the cancellation team. Alternately, you can transfer the account over to another person if they are willing to take it on. This includes the tab as well.

Hi there... Your account will be cancelled at the end of the billing cycle, then you will receive the Final bill with the remainder of the TAB and overages if ANY... Cancelling your account at the end of the billing cycle will reduce the risk of having a higher than expected Final bill due to proration... If you have let's say 300 min for the month, and you cancel in the middle of the month, you do not have access to use 300 min, but only 150 min.... And every minute used over those 150, will be charged additionally, end up being more expensive...

They can request to have it canceled immediately. They do not need to wait until the end of their billing cycle.

"Your account will be cancelled at the end of the billing cycle" . I thought that means you can use your service until the end of the billing cycle. So even if you cancel your service in the middle of the month your minutes don't get prorated neither get credited Because you don't need to give Koodo 30 days notice (which most phone companies require).

That's the standard process, but Koodo will allow for accounts to canceled immediately, but is has to be requested.

So in that case you can't use the service until the end of the billing cycle?
