Can't view my ebiil


I when I created my Koodo Self Serve Account it only shows me the settings for the manage your account options. It shows me no ebilling section at all. I tried making a new account with a different email and the same thing happened. Maybe because I was a previous koodo customer? Please help me I would like to view my bill but can't!

The fastest way to fix a Self Serve issue is to call Koodo and have them help you set up your profile
I think that you pointed out the reason ! if you used the same email address (i mean the one on your old account) you will face such situation. So call customer service and they will fix that for you !
