Can't update Billing Address

I closed my account with Koodo in September, and have since moved. I have a negative balance since I was refunded partial charges in Sept. 

I assume that in order to get this refund, I will need to update my billing address. But it seems like I no longer have access to the page where I could do that. It opens a page with a blue rectangle but no text - not even Koodo logo. 

Can someone please help me a) update my billing address now that my account has been closed and b) access my refund?

I would suggest you contact Koodo through Facebook or Twitter PM - they will probalby ask you for proof of your new address to make sure it’s really you asking this (for your own protection) :)
