Question

Can't set up "managing my account"


My husband and I share the same email account yet have phones in each of our names. I am trying to set up my monthly bill to come in via email and it won't let me because it tells my the email is already used by another customer. How do I get around this?

Hi Jo-Anne, You're best off to call Koodo (*611) and ask them to sort out your email address 🙂 Sounds like your accounts might not be truly merged - they'll be able to help you out!
