can't print my e-bill


why can't i open my e-bill account? i wasn't able to open it since i got my plan..i've change my email and password already all is done and clear but when i try to open it, it keeps asking me for a new email?? and that suckss...i'm stucked..that's why i can't payyy..

Hi Grace, So, just to get your question clear, you went into your selfservice, http://koodomobile.com/selfserve and changed your email address, and now you can't get in with your new address? You might have to contact Koodo (*611) to assist you with logging in with your new email address 🙂 Or you could try to click "forgot password" and see if you can reset it that way!
