Can't pay my phone bill


My service has been deactivated though I thought I was about $60 below my limit, I can't login in on your website on a computer or phone to pay my bill nor can I find the the six digit code that was on my contract. Is there somewhere else I can find that information and how can I login to pay

At this point you'd have to call them at 1-866-995-6636 using another phone and speak to a rep who can give you your account number so you can pay your bill.
