Can't pay my bill online, keep getting "error" message.


I've been trying to pay my bill online for about a week, and it always states there is an error and to try again later? What am I supposed to do?

Hi Shannon, What type of error are you getting? Are you sure you payment is correct? If you are sure you are entering the right credit card or bank information then I would recommend you contact Koodo using *611 from your mobile phone and speak with a rep to pay your bill. Explain to him the error you are getting and theh should not charge you to do the payment. Hope this helps!
