Can't pay my bill

I keep getting an error message that I'm entering my credit card info in incorrect. I've gone back and checked it numerous times and it's in there correct. This has happened both online and with the self serve app.

Does your address match that of the credit card exactly, Matthew? If you are still having difficulties, you can call *611 and ask the Rep to add your card 🙂
It does as of Wednesday Oct. 22nd. I tried paying my bill on the 21st and saw the note regarding the address, so went to the bank and had my billing address changed. I gave it a few business days after changing it to be safe.
