Can't pay bill because Koodo can't process this bill right now

Trying to pay my phone bill. Get the message that payment for my bill cannot be processed right now. Any ideas?

Where are you seeing that error? 

In self serve does it show you have a bill due?

 

What happens when you call 611 and try to pay over. The phone with the automated system? 

I was seeing it in the billing menu of self serve. And yes, it did show a bill due. I was able to pay using *611. I didn't know that was an option, but it worked. Thanks for your help Dennis!
