Can't make payment arrangement?

My bill is past due and usually after a while in my self serve it pops up under pay now, “pay in installments” which lets me pay the balance in three parts spread out over a month or so, which is very helpful and money is tight. But, it’s not showing up and I want to set that up so my phone doesn’t get cut. I tried calling the number but it cuts me off and says to use the online chat for help. Could someone help me with this, or tell me how to go about doing this/why the pay in installments hasn’t shown up yet? Thanks in advance. And sorry for typos, if there are any.

The only way to get ahold of someone at Koodo is to schedule a callback or via FB/Twitter. That’s the reason the line cut off when you called them. Maybe try asking the digital assitant about payment arrangements?
